Shipping And Returns

We really hope you love your purchase, but if for some reason you do not, we’d be happy to provide you with a refund. Do keep in mind that handmade products will always carry some inconsistencies in print and colour due to the nature of the process and human involvement. Such variations are not considered faults or defects. 

Vedic Ritual Hair Oil: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on this product if it has been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns cannot be accepted if items show signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, fake tan, perfume, or any other marks or damage.

1.2. Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or purchased during promotional clearance events are not eligible for return unless faulty.

1.3. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

1.4. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order is faulty or sent in error.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email sales@samaveda.world within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for your return

Our customer service team will provide you with the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.

3.2. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sama Sundays cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Returns sent without first contacting sales@samaveda.world and receiving return instructions will not be accepted or processed 

4. Inspection & Approval

4.1. Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements outlined above.

4.2. You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved.

5. Refunds

5.1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
